Walk, run or cycle your way to a healthier lifestyle! Open to all fitness levels, this event features walking, running, and biking routes for everyone to enjoy. Move at your own pace or challenge a friend. There’s something for everyone.

We’ll kick off the event with a Bicycle Safety Demonstration by the Maryland National Capital Park Police to ensure everyone knowns how to ride safely and confidently. After the demo, enjoy light refreshments and then choose your route — walk, run, or bike—along.
