The Customer Service Help Desk provides assistance with general information about our activities and programs, parks, trails and facilities. We are here to assist with policy questions and class registration, or offer more information about parks planned in your area.
Our team handles SMARTlink account information, and can help if you forget your account PIN and barcode numbers. Our friendly Help Desk staff also will assist when you have a complaint or inquiry about programs and maintenance issues - rest assured your information will get to the right person and the problem will be resolved!
The Help Desk is staffed Monday through Friday during regular business hours. E-mails and calls are monitored regularly at other times. We welcome your feedback at any time, and encourage you to let us know about your parks and recreation experience - your comments are appreciated and will help us do a better job.
