Ever wanted to see objects up close and talk to a curator? This month, join a collections curator and an educator on the top of every hour, to look in depth through our WASP collection, including photos, yearbooks, and press releases. After examining the artifacts, you will be able to make a Medal of Valor for a woman you know in your own life that might feel overlooked or ignored like the WASP. Along with the medal, you will create your own primary source newspaper cover explaining why they received their medal and what it means.

This program is ideal for those 6 and older. Registration is not required and is free with museum admission.
