To help engrain this philosophy into our culture, we have created the Innovative Program Initiative (IPI) to cultivate ideas from staff to make an impact on the way we do business.
How: Applications are available mid-January through mid-February after the Director’s All Staff Meeting. Staff are encouraged to submit proposals online via insite, or paper applications in their divisional offices.
What/Incentives: Submissions selected for funding will pair with an Innovative Program Coach to further assist with implementing proposals. Awardees will then be required to present their ideas to the IPI committee as well as Divisional representatives involved in their ideas.
