Unfortunately, you may not withdraw from a course online. Withdrawals must be done by contacting the facility offering the course in which you are registered before the start of the program. This requirement ensures that facilities can properly manage program expenditures, staffing quotients, etc. when registration numbers change.
Transfers to courses at the same facility may usually be done without penalty prior to the start of the course by visiting the facility in person. Registrations done in error for all programs may be transferred or withdrawn without penalty on the same day by calling the Park and Planning Help Desk at 301-699-CALL (2255).
